Where is the CANARY Hotel located?
Canary Hotel is located at 189 & 191 Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, 50100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (opposite Sogo Shopping Mall). Our hotel is situated at the city centre, along the business district of Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman and Masjid India.
Where is the Main Entrance?
For our guest’s convenience the main entrance is facing Masjid India, away from the traffic along Jalan TAR.
How do I enjoy Low Rate?
Book directly through Canary Hotel from Sunday to Thursday, except Public Holidays. Call our Front Office at +603-26022205 or +603-26022155 for further information.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in 3:00 p.m.
Check-out 12:00 noon.
Late departures will be subject to a late check-out fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund of initial deposit.
Is breakfast included in all room rates?
Room only.
What is the deposit and payment policy?
Full payment upon reservation.
How many Room Types are there?
There are three (3) types of rooms, Deluxe Family, Deluxe Queen and Deluxe Twin to choose from.
How many people does each room sleep?
Deluxe Family rooms can accommodate up to four (4) occupants. Each room includes two (2) Queen Size beds and Deluxe Queen / Twins can accommodate up to two (2) occupants.
Are there bathtubs in the bathrooms?
No, shower only.
Will there be storage space available to store luggage before / after the check-in /check-out time?
Yes, luggage storage is available at front office.
What are the additional fees and taxes?
10% Service Tax and 6% GST.
Will there be an iron and ironing board available?
Yes, iron and ironing board is available at common area in all floors.
